A nice easy ride mainly along roads or cycle paths with some people from work as part of a works 'Awayday'.

Shame it was pouring with rain to start with, but the climb to Cregennan Lakes was nice, and then we dropped down a steep descent and headed across the bridge to Barmouth before cycling along the Mawddach Cycle Trail to Penmaenpool.
